How do I send my film rolls?
You can drop them off at our Porto store, the Lisbon drop box, or send them by registered post. When you create an order, you'll receive full instructions by email.
How long does developing take?
Normal turnaround is 5 to 10 business days after receiving the rolls. It depends on workload and process type (C-41, B&W, E-6 or ECN-2).
What types of film do you develop?
We develop C-41 (colour negative), Black & White, Slide E-6 and Cinema ECN-2. Formats: 35mm, 120, 110, 126, Half Frame, Super 8 and 8mm.
How do I receive my scanned photos?
Photos become available for download on the lab platform. You receive an email notification when they are ready. High-resolution JPEG files (Fujifilm Frontier SP3000 & SP500).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We accept rolls from all over the world by post and ship negatives back. Digital photos are delivered via download.
